Refund policy

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

All Coco-Latex garments are handmade under order and produced according to each customer’s individual specifications.

For this reason, made to order items are not eligible for returns or refunds, in accordance with European consumer law exceptions for customised products.

Please make sure all measurements and specifications are correct before confirming your order. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Returns are only accepted for items marked as Ready to Ship and must be requested within 3 working days after receiving the parcel.

To request a return, please contact us by email at info@coco-latex.com before sending the item back.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Returned items can be exchanged for:

· Store credit
· Size exchange (subject to availability)

Refunds are not issued.

All shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, including return shipping and re-shipping.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returned items must:

· Be in their original condition 
· Not have been worn, used or damaged
· Include all original packaging

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, undergarments are non returnable.

Items purchased at a discount or during sale periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN ADDRESS

Once approved by our Customer Service, the item must be shipped at the customer’s expense via tracked courier to:

(Full address will be provided once the return is authorised)

We strongly recommend using a trackable service. Coco-Latex is not responsible for lost return parcels.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Coco Latex must be informed of any production errors or damaged items within 5 days of delivery.

Please contact us at info@coco-latex.com with photos and order details.
Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

If the claim is approved, a replacement item or store credit will be issued once the damaged item has been received and inspected at our workshop.

Damage caused by misuse, improper care or negligence is not covered.

Latex is a delicate material and requires specific care.
