Coco-Latex® is the owner and operator of this Site and the seller of the products offered through it.

These Terms of Service govern access to, browsing of, and purchases made through the Site, as well as the contractual relationship between Coco Latex® and the customer.
By placing an order, the customer confirms having read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Return Policy, which form an integral part of the contract.
3. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
To place an order on this Site, the customer must:
· Be at least 18 years old
· Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
· Provide accurate and complete personal information
· Use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes
Coco-Latex® reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.
4. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
All products offered on the Site are described as accurately as possible. Images and colours are indicative and may vary depending on screen settings.
Products may be offered as:
· Made to order, manufactured according to the customer’s specifications
· Ready to ship, available in stock
Availability is subject to change at any time. In case of unavailability after purchase, the customer will be informed and refunded accordingly.
5. ORDER PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
The purchase process consists of:
1. Selecting products and adding them to the cart
2. Entering shipping and billing details
3. Selecting payment method
4. Confirming the order
Once payment is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
The contract is considered concluded at the moment this confirmation is sent.
Coco Latex® reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information, payment issues or breach of these Terms.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before checkout.
Payment methods accepted are those shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Coco-Latex® is not responsible for bank fees or currency conversion charges applied by the customer’s financial institution.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times and costs are detailed in the Shipping Policy section of the Site.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to production, carrier delays, customs or external factors beyond our control.
Risk transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The right of withdrawal applies only to ready to ship items, in accordance with European consumer law.
Made to order and personalised garments are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as per Article 103(c) of the Spanish Consumer Law and Directive 2011/83/EU.

9. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with Spanish law.
The guarantee does not apply to:
· Normal wear and tear
· Improper use or care
· Damage caused by the customer
Claims must be notified within the legally established timeframe and supported with proof of purchase.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including images, texts, designs, logos, graphics and product designs, is the exclusive property of Coco-Latex® or its licensors.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
11. USER OBLIGATIONS
The user agrees to:

· Not interfere with the operation or security of the Site
· Not provide false or misleading information

Coco Latex® may suspend or terminate access if these obligations are breached.

Coco-Latex® shall not be liable for:

· Delays or failures caused by force majeure
· Improper use of the products
· Technical interruptions or errors beyond our control
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably.
