DISCREET PACKAGING

All orders are shipped in plain and discreet packaging, labelled only as clothing.
We respect our customers’ privacy and ensure confidentiality at all times.

PRODUCTION TIMES

All garments are handmade in our workshop in Madrid, Spain.

· Made to order items
Standard production time is 5 to 6 weeks.
Production begins only once payment has been fully cleared.

· Ready to ship items
These items are in stock and shipped within 2 to 4 working days.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, complexity and peak periods. Coco-Latex is a small independent studio and we prioritise quality over speed.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship worldwide from Spain using the following methods:

1. Standard Shipping

Shipped via Correos (Spain) and delivered by the national postal service of the destination country.

Examples of local postal partners include:

· Germany: Deutsche Post
· France: La Poste
· Italy: Poste Italiane
· Australia: Australia Post
· United Kingdom: Royal Mail

Delivery times depend on the destination country and local postal service and are estimates only.

Standard shipping is not available for:
Russia, South America, Central America, Mexico and the United States.

Orders placed with standard shipping to these destinations will not be processed and the customer will be contacted to update the shipping method or cancel the order.

2. Express

· Europe: 2 to 3 working days
· Rest of the world: 3 to 5 working days

Express shipping reduces transit time only, not production time.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, weight and selected shipping method.

TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOM FEES

For shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling fees charged by the destination country.

These fees are paid directly to the courier upon delivery and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Coco-Latex has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If a parcel is returned due to:

· incorrect or incomplete address
· failed delivery attempts
· refusal to pay customs fees
· unclaimed packages

the customer will be responsible for:

· paying a new shipping fee to resend the order
· any additional costs incurred for return shipping

If the order is cancelled after being returned to us, original shipping costs are non refundable and a 15 percent restocking fee may apply to cover logistics and handling, provided Coco Latex is not at fault.

LOCAL PICKUP

Madrid only

We offer free local pickup at our Madrid store.

· Select Pickup at checkout
· You will receive an email when your order is ready
· Orders can be collected during shop opening hours

SHIPPING DELAYS AND LIABILITY

Coco Latex cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

· customs controls
· weather conditions
· postal or courier disruptions
· events beyond our control

Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit passes to the courier.
